calm over clever
An alert should read like a thoughtful colleague wrote it: what’s due, who has it, what to do next. No red-alarm dashboards, no jargon to decode.
About Signa · Austin, TX
That’s the future we built Signa for: a quiet week where the evidence is already gathered, the owners already nudged, and the report already written. Here’s why we cared enough to build it, and how we go about it.
The problem
Most mid-size teams know what they’re supposed to do. The trouble is where that knowledge lives: a spreadsheet here, a calendar reminder there, a half-remembered promise in a Slack thread from March.
Then audit season turns up, and someone spends weeks hunting for screenshots, chasing sign-offs and rebuilding a story from memory. It’s tiring, it’s stressful, and it pulls good people off the work they’re actually good at.
Signa was built to take that scramble away. Requirements live in one place, each has a named owner, and the evidence collects itself as the year goes on.
The goal is simple: the day an auditor asks, you already have the answer.

What we hold to
An alert should read like a thoughtful colleague wrote it: what’s due, who has it, what to do next. No red-alarm dashboards, no jargon to decode.
Reminders land in Slack, Jira and email. Nobody should need a new tab open all day to stay compliant.
Export everything whenever you like. Auditors get read-only access that ends on a date you choose, and teammates only see their own part.
One yearly price for the whole team, starting at $99. No per-seat add-ons and no call required to cancel before renewal.
How it’s built and supported
Signa is designed and built in Austin, TX. We keep the product focused on one job, compliance monitoring, and we’d rather do that well than bolt on everything.
Where it’s going
No dates we can’t keep. Just the direction we’re walking, in the order we intend to walk it.
Automated tracking, one-click reports, risk alerts and team permissions, working together for teams that need SOC 2 in good shape.
Broader template coverage, so a team juggling more than one auditor can run them all from the same place.
Deeper connections to the apps your team uses, so even more evidence gathers itself without anyone lifting a finger.
