01what am i billed for?
One flat yearly price for your plan: $99 for Starter, $349 for Professional, or $599 for Business. There are no per-seat fees and no add-ons hiding behind the checkout.
02when does the charge happen?
Once, when your free trial ends and you choose to continue. After that, you’re billed again on the same date each year. We’ll email you before it renews so it never comes as a surprise.
03how do i cancel?
Open your account and choose cancel before your renewal date. That’s it. No call, no form, no “are you sure” maze. You keep access until the end of the year you’ve paid for.
04can i change plans later?
Yes. Move up when your team grows or you add another framework. Write to hello@signa.com and we’ll sort out the switch with you.
05what happens to my data if i leave?
